• Minimum 1 years experience as Sales Manager or minimum 2 years experience as Fitness Consultant Leader/Membership Consultant Leader.

• Good leadership skills with a successful track record of developing people and spotting talent.

• Excellent knowledge of gym industry/relevant industries.

• Good communication skills with all levels of the business.

• Strong desire and ability to motivate and inspire people and teams.

• Lead & manage team of Fitness Consultants/Sales, foster a positive and motivated work environment to maximize the team's potential. Set sales targets, monitor performance and provide regular feedback to the team.

• Develop, analyst and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

• Implement and utilize CRM tools to track and analyze sales performance metrics.

• Generate regular sales reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
